Portfolio, Programme & Project Offices - P3O je celosvětově první a zatím jediný standard pro budování a provoz kanceláří řízení portfolií, programů a projektů. Jeho autorem je britský vládní úřad Office of Government Commerce - OGC.
Ve spolupráci s renomovanou tréninkovou organizací OpEyE Consulting, plně licencovanou pobočkou ATO pearce Mayfield Ltd. nabízíme, jako první v regionu, kurzy Portfolio, Programme & Project Offices - P3O včetně certifikačních.
Tyto školení jsou určené pro budoucí i současné pracovníky projektových, programových a portfolio kanceláří, kteří chtějí získať či prohloubit své znalosti o tvorbě a provozu P3O/ PMO (Project Management Offices - kanceláří řízení projektů).
Absolventi certifikačních kurzů P3O Foundation a Practitioner mohou v jejich rámci vykonat stejnojmenné certifikační zkoušky a v případě jejího složení získat stejnojmenný mezinárodní certifikát vydávaný APM Group (jediná akreditační autorita PRINCE2, P3O, MSP, a dalších standardů OGC).

Training Course Goals
Our one day P3O Overview course provides a basic insight into the Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) model.
Our P3O Foundation certification course will provide you with fundamental knowledge of the Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) model. The purpose of this model is to provide universally applicable guidance, including principles, proceses, and techniques, which will enable individuals and organisations to successfully establish, develop and maintain appropriate support structures, usually called simply the "Project Management Office (PMO)". At the end of the course students (can) sit the official APM Group & OGC P3O Foundation certification exam.
The P3O Foundation can be followed by the P3O Practitioner course, which focuses on practical application of the knowledge gained, and on preparing students for the P3O Practitioner certification exam.

The main functions of a P3O/ PMO in an organisation are to facilitate:
- Informing senior management's decision making on prioritisation, risk management and development of resources across the organisation to successfully deliver their business objectives (portfolio management)
- Identification and realisation of outcomes and benefits via programmes and projects
- Delivery of programmes and projects within time, cost, quality and other organisational constraints.
The training is aimed at giving delegates an understanding of the philosophy behind the P3O model and preparing them for the P3O Foundation (& Practitioner) certification exam(s), which they sit at the end of each of the same name courses.
The P3O courses are delivered by OpEyE Consulting acting as a fully licensed affiliate of the ATO Pearce Mayfield Ltd.

This training is suitable for Portfolio managers, senior managers, programme directors, consultants, portfolio-, programme- or project- office managers. You are involved in or responsible for optimising, developing or re-energising the organisational decision process to translate business strategy effectively into concrete actions, programmes or projects, given the available resources and other constraints (business change). It is your responsibility to take decisions or you are responsible for facilitating decision makers by providing them the required information.
You may want to start a P3O certification track (AMPG P3O Foundation and P3O Practitioner).
You have knowledge and experience with portfolio-, programme- or project- management and have basic knowledge and understanding of models and techniques used in this area of work.

Course Description
Our P3O Overview is an introductory one day non-certification course.
Our P3O Foundation is a 2 day course with the official APM Group P3O Foundation certification exam given at the end of the second day. It can be followed by the 2 day P3O Practitioner course.
The courses are delivered in English. The training materials and certification exams are in English.
It is expected from the participants that, additionally to the classroom training, they spend some time studying by themselves according to the trainer's instructions as pre-course preparation. Ca. two weeks before course start every course delegate receives the OGC P3O Guidance and Pre-course workbook.
All our course attendees are provided with ondemand e-mail support from the moment they order & pay the course until three months from the end of the training course.
A key element of the course is the P3O process model, providing a decision enabling/ delivery support structure for all change within an organisation. This may be provided through a single permanent office, which may exist under several different names, e.g. Portfolio Office, Centre of Excellence, Enterprise or Corporate Programme Office, or Project Management Office.
It may otherwise be provided through a linkedset of offices (portfolio office, programme offices, project offices), both permanent (enabling/ supporting business objectives and consistency of delivery) and temporary (enabling/ supporting specific programmes and projects), providing a mix of central and localised services.
Exercises will be used to help you understand and apply P3O/ PMO principles and concepts. The training also provides room for discussing attendees' daily practise.
Attendees get the opportunity to practise withthe P3O Foundation (& Practitioner) exam(s) using sample exams, which are part of the training materials.

Necertifikační kurz Úvod do P3O (MSP Overview) stojí od 333 EUR. Certifikační kurz P3O Foundation stojí od 1190 EUR/os. Certifikační kurz P3O Practitioner zakoupený samostatně stojí dalších od 1190 EUR/os. Při současné koupi kurzů P3O Foundation a Practitioner je celková cena 49 000 CZK/ 1990 EUR. V ceně jsou zahrnuty všechny potřebné školicí materiály, zkoušky, občerstvení a obědy během kurzu.
Ceny jsou uvedeny bez DPH.
